The Coach Participant’s Folder is one component of a comprehensive toolkit designed specifically for individuals in leadership or managerial roles.

The Coach Participant’s Folder contains the following:
- a Participant’s Booklet,
- two exercise booklets,
- and an action plan.
The folder contents present the following:
- the situation,
- the challenge,
- a worksheet for recording individual, team and expert answers,
- grids for scoring the simulation,
- and an action planning worksheet.
Debriefing PowerPoint
The PowerPoint is an additional tool to debrief and expand upon the learnings of the Simulation.
Coach takes approximately 2.5 to 4 hours to complete and is appropriate for those with leadership or managerial responsibilities.
To ensure each participant has the necessary resources for the simulation, a Booklet is required for each individual. To accommodate this, a minimum order of 10 Booklets is in place. This ensures that every participant has access to the essential materials, promoting a seamless and effective simulation experience. Call to order fewer than 10; please note that the price is $60 for 5 or fewer folders.
