How do I track my order?
You will receive an email once a label is made with the tracking number. Then go to Fedex.com to easily track your package after it has been picked up from our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?

Why was I charged tax?
Taxes will only be charged upon check out for customer purchasing from Illinois, California, or Michigan.

Why do I need a Leader’s Guide for each simulation?
The leader’s guide is necessary because it has the answers to the simulation, important scoring and debrief information.
When would I use the digital versus the paper simulations?
Digital simulations should be used for groups that are meeting virtually, but they may also be used for in-person meetings; although, the paper version is best for in-person meetings, rather than virtual sessions.
How can I use one of your simulations with a virtual team where there is no digital option?

How do I access the streaming video?
To get started, please sign into Client Portal by visiting https://hsi.survey-server.com/cp/. Your Client Portal email and password are the same you used to make your purchase. Once signed in, click Resources in the upper right. Then expand the left side menu for your simulation and click Simulation Videos. From there, you will be able to access your videos. You can use a credit for 24 hours of access to the videos, or you can test video playback without using a credit by clicking on the preview link.
