Description
The Coach Participant’s Folder contains a Participant’s Booklet, two exercise booklets, and an action plan. The folder contents present the situation, the challenge, a worksheet for recording individual, team and expert answers, grids for scoring the simulation, and an action planning worksheet.
Coach takes approximately 2.5 to 4 hours to complete and is appropriate for anyone with leadership or managerial responsibilities. A Booklet is required for each participant. Minimum of 10 Booklets per order.
